02 NCAC 48C .0109          PROHIBITED SALES: FLUE‑CURED TOBACCO SEEDS

The sale of seeds of any flue‑cured tobacco variety, from any grower or distributor, which is not recorded with the Commissioner of Agriculture as required in 2 NCAC 48C .0013, is prohibited.
