02 NCAC 48C .0110          PROHIBITED SALES: BLENDS

The sale of any agricultural or vegetable seeds identified as a "Blend" for genetic identity that have not been recorded with the Commissioner of Agriculture as required in 2 NCAC 48C .0015 is prohibited.
