04 NCAC 10A .0101          LOCATION OF OFFICES AND HOURS OF BUSINESS

The offices of the North Carolina Industrial Commission (hereinafter "Industrial Commission") are located in the Dobbs Building, 430 North Salisbury Street, in Raleigh, North Carolina, 27611.  The same office hours will be observed by the Industrial Commission as are, or may be, observed by other State offices in Raleigh.  Documents may be filed between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. only.  Documents permitted to be filed electronically may be filed until 11:59 p.m. on the day due.
