All program sponsors are subject to departmental rules and regulations regarding searches of visitors and the time, place, and manner of visitation (see 5 NCAC 2F .0100 and 2D .0200).  The number of sponsors may be limited as specifically provided in 5 NCAC 2D .0204(b).  Program sponsors may be excluded from prison facilities for any of the reasons stated in 5 NCAC 2D .0201(c).
