10A NCAC 41E .0104       IN‑PATIENT POLICIES

(a)  In‑patient policies for McCain Annex shall conform to accepted standards for operation of a skilled nursing facility and intermediate care facility (SNF/ICF).

(b)  Nursing staff shall observe the ingestion of anti‑tuberculosis medications and other prescribed medications.  If a patient refuses medication the duty physician shall be immediately notified.
