SECTION .0600 ‑ ABC COMMISSION HEARINGS AND APPEALS

14A NCAC 08H .0601       SCHEDULING HEARINGS

The ABC Commission will notify an agent of hearing dates, times and locations.  An agent shall direct any questions or problems concerning hearing schedules to the commission through his supervisor.
