SECTION .0600 ‑ SALES AND DELIVERIES OF MALT BEVERAGES AND WINE

14B NCAC 15C .0601      APPROVED BRANDS ONLY

Wholesalers shall not sell alcoholic beverages in this State unless approved by the Commission or as provided in 14B NCAC 15B .0216.
