14b NCAC 15c .0802      IMPORTATION AND TRANSPORTATION VIA CUSTOMS BONDS

Spirituous liquor stored at United States Customs or Internal Revenue Bonded Warehouses shall only be released pursuant to a Ship Chandler's Permit for transfer to another United States Customs or Internal Revenue Bonded Warehouse or for sale and delivery to an oceangoing vessel. Alcoholic beverages for use or consumption on oceangoing vessels shall only be sold or delivered by a Ship Chandler, wholesaler, or retailer permittee to officers or agents of the oceangoing vessel.
