15a ncac 03L .0102       WEEKEND SHRIMPING PROHIBITED

It is unlawful to take shrimp by any method from 9:00 P.M. on Friday through 5:00 P.M. on Sunday, except:

(1)           in the Atlantic Ocean; or

(2)           with the use of fixed and channel nets, hand seines, shrimp pots and cast nets.
