15A NCAC 03M .0518      KINGFISH (SEA MULLET)

The Fisheries Director may, by proclamation, impose any or all of the following restrictions on the taking of kingfishes:

(1)           Specify season,

(2)           Specify areas,

(3)           Specify quantity,

(4)           Specify means and methods,

(5)           Specify size.
