(a) Reshippers shall meet all applicable requirements for shellstock plants. When shucked shellfish are reshipped, they shall be obtained from a permitted shipper. The shucked shellfish shall be received in approved shipping containers at a temperature of 40F (4C) or below. The temperature of the shellfish shall not exceed 40F (4C) during the holding and shipping periods.

(b) Reshippers shall keep adequate and accurate records indicating the source from which shellfish were purchased, the date purchased, the name of the waters from which the shellfish were harvested, and the names and addresses of persons to whom the shellfish were sold for a period of one year.
