18 NCAC 12 .0411             CONSEQUENCES OF FAILURE TO PAY REMAINDER OF FEE

If the full fees are not delivered as required by Rule .0410 of this Chapter:

(1)           The registrations are suspended as of the date the denial is received; and

(2)           The lobbyist and the principal shall cease all lobbying activities until the remainder of the registration fees are delivered to the Department.
