25 NCAC 01D .2512          EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERFORMANCE BONUS

Performance bonuses shall be effective on the first day of July unless otherwise specified by the General Assembly or because they have been delayed due to leave without pay.  (Note:  Administrative procedures may determine when they are to be payrolled.)
