27 NCAC 03 .0401             How to Apply

Applications for admission must be made on forms supplied by the Board and must be complete in every detail. Every supporting document required by the application form must be submitted with each application. The application form may be obtained by submitting a written request to the Board or by accessing the application via the Board's website: www.ncble.org.
